Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING

We aim to have your in stock orders delivered to you within 5-7 working days of receipt but please note there may be delays out of our control, in the unlikely event that this is the case, we will contact you by email. 

Items labelled pre order are currently out of stock but will be delivered to you as soon as they are in stock again. Please check the description for an approximate date but note that we are reliant on our suppliers. We will do all we can to keep you updated.  

If your order contains some pre order items and some in stock items, your order will be delivered to you when the pre order items are in stock. If this is a problem please contact us and we will do all we can to help. 

We currently deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Ireland & France with delivery charges starting at £4.95. Delivery charges are calculated based on size, weight, fragility and your location.  

Orders over the value of £75 benefit from free delivery and this will be automatically applied at checkout. 

Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for items not reaching you when an incorrect address is entered. It's also useful to include a telephone number.

During public holidays and periods of higher demand please allow longer for deliveries.

RETURNS

We hope you love your order but in the unlikely event of a problem and if you would like to make a return please email info@samroseinteriors.com within 14 days of receipt. 

If the item is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include images. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible, we may sometimes ask for the damaged goods to be returned to us at a cost to ourselves. Please do not dispose of damaged goods unless we say to do so.  

We must receive your returned items at a cost to yourself (unless damaged), within 14 days of your initial email. You will need to obtain proof of postage as we can not take responsibility for returns not being received. 

The returns address will be issued to you via email. 

Once we receive your return we will refund you the cost of the original product minus the delivery charges unless you have requested an exchange or the item is damaged and we have agreed to cover this cost. 

For faulty goods the full cost of your order will be refunded, including delivery charges. 

Refunds will normally show in your account within 3-5 days but sometimes can take longer especially when paying via PayPal.

 

RECYCLING

The environment and a sustainable approach is important to Samrose Interiors, wherever possible we will reuse packaging without compromising being fit for purpose. With that in mind sometimes your order will be in an unbranded box. 

We use ecofill, shredded paper/card and recycled plastic packaging. Ecofill is made from potato starch and can dissolve in cold water, simply add it to your bath/sink and fill with water. Paper/card and recycled plastic can usually be recycled by your local council as well as the cardboard packaging.
